Do I need to attend River Valley Church to attend the conference?
No, all students are welcome! You do not need to attend River Valley or YTH on Wednesdays to go to conference.
I’m in 5th grade, can I attend?
As much as we would love to hang with you, unfortunately you will need to wait until next year to attend. Conference is for students in 6-12th grade.
I am an adult/graduate and would love to attend; is that allowed?
You are more than welcome to attend, however, you will need to register as a leader. Please note, all leaders attending the conference will be required to complete and pass a background check in order to attend.
Is this an overnight/lock in?
It is not. Although, you are more than welcome to plan a sleepover with your friends or YTH group at your own house or hotel.
Do I need to bring money?
We will have merch, cafe, and other items available for purchase.
Is food covered or do I need to pay?
Lunch on Saturday is covered in your ticket price so you do not need to bring extra money. We will also have snacks and treats available.
I have a food allergy, will that be accommodated?
We will do our best to accommodate food allergies. Please be sure to note it on your registration!
Will River Valley provide transportation?
River Valley will not provide transportation for this event. Please contact your Youth Pastor if you have any questions about this!
I registered, but I can no longer attend. Can I get a refund?
A full refund will be issued 90 days prior to the event. Less than 90 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Less than 30 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued. Please contact youth@rivervalley.org if you have any questions about this.
Are seats reserved?
We will have reserved seating for visiting church groups so that they can sit together with their students. There will be no reserved seating for River Valley YTH Students and will be first come first serve.
Do I need to bring anything?
We recommend bringing a Bible, notebook, and water bottle.
Do you allow walk up registrations?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow walk up registrations. Please contact youth@rivervalley.org if you have any questions about this!
