WHAT IS YTHCON?

YTHCON is a two-day event for youth students full of uplifting worship, incredible speakers, Holy Spirit-led moments and so much more!

We are so excited to host YTH Conference this year at the Apple Valley Campus of River Valley Church. Our 2025 theme is “VICTORY.” We believe that as students join us at YTH Conference, they are going to experience victory in Christ over the battles they have been facing!

We will hear incredible messages from Guest Speaker Shaddye Melu, who is a campus pastor at Northwestern University in Kirkland, Washington, as well as our very own Next Gen Pastor Terry Parkman. River Valley AGES will be with us leading worship. All students in grades 6-12 are invited, and students don’t have to attend River Valley Church to come!

QUESTIONS?

WE HAVE ANSWERS.

  • No, all students are welcome! You do not need to attend River Valley or YTH on Wednesdays to go to conference.

  • As much as we would love to hang with you, unfortunately you will need to wait until next year to attend. Conference is for students in 6-12th grade.

  • You are more than welcome to attend, however, you will need to register as a leader. Please note, all leaders attending the conference will be required to complete and pass a background check in order to attend.

  • It is not. Although, you are more than welcome to plan a sleepover with your friends or YTH group at your own house or hotel.

  • We will have merch, cafe, and other items available for purchase.

  • Lunch on Saturday is covered in your ticket price so you do not need to bring extra money. We will also have snacks and treats available.

  • We will do our best to accommodate food allergies. Please be sure to note it on your registration! 

  • River Valley will not provide transportation for this event. Please contact your Youth Pastor if you have any questions about this!

  • A full refund will be issued 90 days prior to the event. Less than 90 days prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Less than 30 days prior to the event, no refund will be issued. Please contact youth@rivervalley.org if you have any questions about this.

  • We will have reserved seating for visiting church groups so that they can sit together with their students. There will be no reserved seating for River Valley YTH Students and will be first come first serve. 

  • We recommend bringing a Bible, notebook, and water bottle. 

  • Unfortunately, at this time we do not allow walk up registrations. Please contact youth@rivervalley.org if you have any questions about this!
